"From Huston, Texas, Clay is our head of Operations and Sales for Young & Company. He earned his degree from Northwestern State University and started pressure washing soon after. Previously working as Project Manager at Fox Marketing Corporation, he has 5 years of experience in the field and is passionate about helping others. Detail oriented and hard working, Clay brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the team."

Abby Duvall

"Abby is our head of Marketing and Analytics. She was Director of Product Development and Implementation for 4 years, while acquiring a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Georgia. Abby is a highly motivated and determined individual, allowing for key communication skills in cross-functional teams.
